1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the btjl website or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between btjl and its members.

Btjl operates under an international gaming licence, and all applicable international regulations must be followed when using our services. btjl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Where these terms and conditions exist in both Bangla and English, the English version shall prevail in the event of any dispute. However, btjl always strives to ensure maximum clarity in Bangla.

2 Membership & Registration

To register with btjl, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use.
• All information provided on the registration form must be truthful, accurate, and current.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must not reside in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

A valid mobile number and email address are required at registration. btjl may request identity verification documents at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Btjl reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application without any obligation to provide a reason.

3 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your btjl account. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

1. Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
2. Change your password regularly.
3. If you log in from a public device, always log out at the end of your session.
4. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact btjl support immediately.
5. Keep your mobile number and email address up to date at all times.

If btjl has reasonable grounds for suspicion, any account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. No transactions will be permitted during this period.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on btjl are detailed below:

Deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Maximum daily deposit limits vary by membership tier.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• BKash, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted payment methods.
• Deposits from third-party mobile numbers are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 for standard members; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Btjl regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit once.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active simultaneously.
• Btjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.

1. Welcome Bonus: Up to 150% on your first deposit, capped at ৳10,000.
2. Daily Cashback: 0.5%–2% of total betting turnover, credited every day.
3. Referral Bonus: ৳500–৳3,000 per successful referral.
4. Leaderboard Rewards: Prizes for weekly and monthly competitions.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on btjl:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits depend on the match and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, btjl reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all related bets will be refunded.
• Where the cash-out feature is available, you may settle a bet at a specified value before the match concludes.
• In a parlay bet, if any leg is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.

If an obvious error is found in any btjl odds, the affected bet may be declared void. In such cases, the stake will be refunded, but no additional winnings will be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btjl:

• Bonus abuse or accepting bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal (bonus hunting).
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Using any automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Engaging in matched betting or arranged betting.
• Using your account for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Impersonating btjl staff.

Btjl reserves the right to take any necessary action against accounts involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal proceedings.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Btjl treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared with selected partners for the purpose of improving our services.
• Information may be disclosed to investigating authorities where required by law.
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

9 Responsible Gaming

Btjl believes entertainment should always be controlled and responsible. We offer members the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting.
• Reality Check: You will receive session reminders at regular intervals.

10 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Btjl reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, you will be notified via email or SMS.
• Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account at any time.

Grounds for account closure:

• At the member's own request.
• At btjl's discretion, due to a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At a member's request under responsible gambling provisions.

If an account is closed, the btjl support team will assist with the process of recovering any applicable balance.
